Taking care of your livestock is one of the most important daily tasks on your farm. You need to focus on increasing the population of animals on your farm if you want to be profitable. However, many players don’t know how to feed chickens in Farming Simulator 22. A lot of new players have been asking questions regarding livestock maintenance on their farms. First, you can grow wheat yourself and then use it to feed your chickens. After harvesting the wheat, you can use a tipper and fill the food storage on the side of the chicken pen. You just need to line up the tipper with the food storage bins and then use the control menu to press the action button. The tipper will unload some wheat to fill up the storage bins after you use the action button. Depending upon your key binds, the action button can vary.
The second method that can be used to feed chickens is by buying wheat pallets from the game menu. If you didn’t know how to feed chickens in FS22 and don’t have any wheat crops then this method is for you. You might have to spend some money on the wheat pallets but it will make your job way easier. After buying the wheat pallet, you can just pick them up with a vehicle and bring them over to the food storage bins.
You won’t even have to press the action button and the pallet will start filling up the food storage as you move the pallet over it.
