Modular BGP v1.2
Build the Biogas plant of your dreams, like you ever wanted it. 22 different modules to fit your needs (and let you earn money ).
Each module fully functional. Only your imagination, how effectively the plant produces electricity, methane and digestate from all sorts of biomass, is the limit.
The modular BGP needs basically only 2 modules to function!
On the one hand the bunker (filling of biomass) and on the other hand the fermenter (processing of biomass). Both modules are always! necessary.
A special feature are the bunkers with included biogrinder. This extended bunker gives you the possibility to fill it directly with sugar beets, eliminating the step of beet chopping and thus representing the first possible optimization.
With these two components, you can already operate a fully functional plant.
The production menu offers full control of how the plant should work. In any case, the bunker must always be set to distribute in order to pass on the biomass you have filled in to the fermenter.
The heart of every modular biogas plant. The Fermenter.
If it has received the biomass and you have the respective production active, it will convert, depending upon built size, biomass into methane, electricity and fermentation residues.
At this point, you could already set whether the products should be sold. This would complete the production cycle and generate money.
You want to get more out of your BGA, then simply expand it.
Instead of only processing and selling your biomass via the bunker and fermenter, use the opportunity to increase the yield or optimize the plant by adding more modules.
If you place the manure station, you can also supply the fermenter with manure. If you want to process larger quantities of liquid manure, the best possibility is to use the liquid digester, which als can be filled directly.
This one can only process liquid manure, but the ratio of the processed manure is higher then the normal processing.
If you do not want to sell your digestate, use the digestate storage station. This collects the fermentation residues from all modules that are distributed and stores them centrally.
Secondary fermenters have the task of processing the products from the fermenter(s) and thus provide you with a bonus. If you use several secondary fermenters, you increase this bonus, but the processing speed is halved.
If you want to get the most out of methane and electricity when selling, use the generators or the methane sales tank. These ones sell your goods with a factor of 2 and 1.5 respectively.
All modules exchange goods with each other when distribution is active. It is up to you how or what should be distributed, kept or sold.

Info:
For the placement, it is highly recommended to use the “Free Build” mode. (standard key V)
Bunkers can also be placed at the standard BGP and fill it.
Fermentation residue storage can also collect fermentation residues from standard BGA, if placed there on distribute.
Keep in mind that when the production is set to distribute, the goods will also be delivered to all productions running alongside the BGP that accept this products.
Last but not least, keep the production limit of 60 total productions in mind. If you need more, use the production limit increaser mod by modelleicher (only PC),
